The Competition: India Film Project is back with its sixth edition, inviting aspiring and amateur filmmakers from around the country to participate in their contest. Participants will be given 50 hours to make a film based on a particular theme, which will be announced on 16 September. During this time frame, they will have to complete their scripting, editing , shooting, dubbing and background music, rendering and uploading. Renowned filmmakers like Madhur Bhandarkar, Nagesh Kukunoor, Sriram Raghavan and Vetri Maaran are part of the film jury for this project.

Prize: The best film will be given the title of Platinum Film of the Year and the next three winners will receive the title of Gold Film of the Year, Silver Film of the Year and Bronze Film of the Year. The winners will also have the opportunity to make a film for Coco-Cola and Nestle.
Entry Fees: The registration fees of each team for amateur and professional category is Rs. 2500 and Rs. 1000 for Mobile filmmaking category.
